Got Dandruff? Try this...

For years I was plagued by dandruff. I tried every dandruff prodcut on the market, but they all seemed to make my dandruff worse, and make my hair dry. Finally, after some research on Google, I came across something called and Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse. I tried it, and it worked beautifully. Since then, I have incorporated it into my weekly regimen. In addition to having dandruff-free hair, I also have conditioned, strengthened, clarified hair with extra shine and bounce. Here’s how to do it:

apple_cider_vinegar_lgStep 1: Go to your local grocery store and purchase some apple cider vinegar. Go for an organic one, the benefits will be even greater. Usually the price ranges from three to six bucks. Cheap for a dandruff treatment, huh?
Step 2: Prepare the treatment by taking 1/2 cup of ACV  and mixing it with 1 pint of distilled water. If you want to add extra conditioning agents to the treatment, add honey! Honey is a GREAT natural conditioner. When you combine ACV and honey, you will have a 2 in 1 anti-dandruff conditioning treatment!
Step 3: (optional)Prepare the scalp by gently scratching off any dandruff still attached to the scalp. You do not need to take a lot of time to do this, it just helps loosen up the dandruff. Do not vigorously scratch the scalp, as this can lead to damage. Gently scratch the scalp as if you were shampooing. Again, this step is optional so if you feel as if this may damage your scalp, skip this step.
Step 4: Pour the mix over your head. You don’t need to scrub or massage it in, just let it soak. I would recommend doing this in the shower; it may get messy. Cover your head with a plastic cap and let the concoction marinate for about 5 minutes. When your five minutes is up, rinse thoroughly. Shampoo and condition your hair as you would regularly. You should notice the results immediately! You will have a super clean scalp, and your hair will feel strong and moisturized.
**There’s something about ACV, I think it’s one of those things that just help everything. I’ve hear of people applying it for smooth skin, and using it to lose weight!
